CBSE Board Results 2025 Expected to be Published Soon

Dubela, Kankana Maity: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has yet to confirm the official date and time for the release of the results for both Class 10 and Class 12 exams. However, the results are expected to be announced between May 11 and May 15, 2025. As with previous years, the CBSE is likely to stick to its tradition of releasing the results in mid-May.
For the 2025 CBSE Board Exams, approximately 42 lakh students appeared for both Class 10 and Class 12 exams combined. Specifically, about 24.12 lakh students took the Class 10 exams, while around 17.88 lakh students appeared for the Class 12 exams.
The exams for both Class 10 and Class 12 were held starting from February 15, 2025. The Class 10 exams continued until March 18, 2025, while the Class 12 exams concluded on April 4, 2025.
To pass the Class 12 exams, students must secure a minimum of 33% marks separately in both the theory and practical exams. For Class 10 students, the requirement is to score at least 33% when combining marks from both theory and internal assessments.
The exams were conducted in offline mode (pen-paper). Once the results are declared, students can access them through the official CBSE website. They will also be able to download their digital marksheets by activating their Digi-locker accounts, using the 6-digit access code provided by their schools.
