EVM safety will decide the next 5 years!
Dubela, Tanisha Das: Trinamool Congress [TMC] and Bharatiya Janata Party [BJP], both parties are now very concerned about the safety of EVM machines. After the polling ends, as per the exit polls, the situation has become very high-stakes for Bengal.
The election result on the 4th of May, 2026, will decide the next 5 years of Bengal’s growth, prosperity, and democracy. For now, the citizens of Bengal are hoping for a free and fair election result.
As per all political parties, EVMs cannot be manipulated; however, no 100 per cent VVPAT match, EVM chip replacement, Bluetooth remote access, strong room tampering, and old EVM reuse are the allegations made by the TMC. For the safety of the strong room, TMC workers look after it 24/7, and it is monitored by CCTV.
The TMC uses trained agents, paper seals, and signatures to ensure transparency. As per ground-level reality, there is no legal evidence of EVM tampering. Bengal’s main political issue is primarily booth capturing. Bengal’s citizens still demand a free, fair, and transparent election result.
