Biggest fight against the education system of India
Dubela, Tanisha Das: Sonam Wangchuk’s protest was indeed to highlight the NEET controversy. He demanded accountability and called for the resignation of the Education Minister, Dharmendra Pradhan. After the massive hunger strike by him at Jantar Mantar, he is now admitted to Safdarjung Hospital.
The whole crowd erupted with slogans against the Education Minister and the failure of the education system. After Sonam Wangchuk was taken to the hospital, CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke started his own hunger strike at Jantar Mantar. The protesters continued to protest and support. It has been stated by CJP that they will march in protest to the Parliament on 20 July when the monsoon session starts.
This protest is trending all over social media and getting huge support from the youth of India. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has not yet made any public statement regarding this protest.
